Personnel and Associates

Our production personnel have all worked together for many years and are accountable at the highest level of professionalism. They are some of the most highly skilled individuals at their craft. We have long ago earned each other’s trust and confidence.

Randy Leipnik

Developing original ideas is what Randy loves to do most. He has made it a priority to always surround himself with people who know far more than he. The partnership of Semper Media Group and Orange Dragin is the unique result, applying innovative media to the art of business.

As a musician, Randy has performed with artists such as The Four Aces, The Inkspots, The Diamonds, The Velvelettes, The Contours, Martha Reeves, Mary Wells, Lou Christie, Ziggy Elmer and Meredith Wilson. He also spent two years with Eddie Kendrick, David Ruffin and Dennis Edwards of The Temptations.

Teaching people to enjoy music since 1971, Randy has compiled an approach called The Semper Method. People from 4 to 84 can learn to play and enjoy making music before they read. This process follows the natural way we all learned to speak before we learned to read and write. The most important premise to this method is that learning music should be fun, not drudgery. Students eventually do learn all the theory as well.
